What’s included in the freemium option?
When you sign up for Floww, you’ll have full access to the Connect application . This option allows you to connect with up to 3 funding partners.
What happens when I’m ready to upgrade?
When you’re ready to upgrade your account to unlimited connections, simply enter your card details in the account settings page and we’ll sign you up.
How long will it take to process my data?
Our team is always on hand to process your data. Once your company information is uploaded we aim to have it processed within a few hours. It can take up to 24 hours depending on the quality and complexity of the data file that’s uploaded.
What templates are available to help get me started?
We offer downloadable examples of a financial model, capital table, and funding round history. This is accessible under the ‘update company data’ screen of your account.
What happens to my data if I decide to cancel?
Your data will not be accessible if you cancel your account. If you decide to log in and re-subscribe we’ll populate the system with your previously uploaded information.
Who has access to my company data?
Once you create your account and upload data, you’ll have access to select your sharing preferences for existing and prospective investors.
Why did a VC upload my company information to the platform?
If you’ve shared your data with an investor via email or other method, they can upload those materials to our platform for processing. This allows them to conduct an appraisal of your business to determine its investment potential. We follow current legislative data protection laws to ensure data is handled securely and in compliance with our policies.
Is my data protected and private?
Yes, we ensure user information and data assets are always protected against the loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability. All data is encrypted at rest and securely moves between user tenants on our unique multi-tenant architecture. Read more about our security procedures.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored within local data centers based on your location.
How long are your subscriptions?
Our plans are month-to-month. You can make changes to your plan at any time.
How can I purchase your software?
Simply sign up through our site today. You can pay by credit card - we use Stripe as a payment processor.
Who do I contact if there are issues with billing?

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your monthly subscription in the account settings page.
How do I delete my account?
If you would like to remove all of your company information from our platform, reach out to support@floww.io.
Who do I contact if I need to make changes to my data?
When it’s time to update your information, simply upload your files in any format and our accountants will process the changes.
Can I add an additional user to my account?
Your account is linked to the registered email address. To change the primary user, update your contact details in the account settings page.
What happens if I can’t log in to my account?
Any login troubles should be resolved with a password reset. If you’re experiencing other technical issues, reach out to a member of our team at support@floww.io.. Operating times are Monday to Friday within the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm UK. We’ll aim to resolve any issues within a few hours of your request.
